Whose idea was it to dismiss the Club’s 1999 proposals for the locality without consultation with sitting tenants?  Who finally decided? The City Council’s plans for an all engulfing park and its decision to demolish the pavilion seem very similar - dubious and ill-conceived.

The Council’s theories seem seriously flawed, and damaging to community.

In the end, the proof of the pudding is in the eating.  Is it really sensible for ECC to switch resources away from children? xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

See what ECC & DCC have lost!
