From its Ivory Tower, the City Council has decided to deprive the children who join the Summerway Junior Lawn Tennis Club of the courts they have used since 1972, and give them to the general public. Of course, the vandals have made sure the courts have been unusable by letting down and damaging the nets, and littering the courts with broken glass. It has been impossible for the children or anybody else to play throughout the winter. The Council couldn’t foresee this!
